Part-Time ESL Instructor Lexington Campus
A Bachelor's degree is required, with at least 1 year related experience preferred. Requires excellent communication skills as well as a genuine interest in adult learners. Formal teaching experience not required but helpful. Requires understanding of curriculum, instruction, adult learning styles, technology and the educational process normally acquired through a bachelor's degree in education or a related area. Must be proficient in reading, writing, math and English grammar at the high school level. Computer proficiency is essential.
Instructor will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing an instructional program for English Language Learners 16 and older to develop their English language skills through Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Math. Classes are held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm at the Central Community College Center in Lexington.
Administrative Assistant Academic Affairs (Temporary) Columbus Campus
Serves as the administrative assistant and receptionist to all Student Services offices located in the Student Center, including Residence Life, Disability Services, Career and Employment Services, TRIO, Student Activities, Academic Transfer Specialist and the Academic Success Center. Also provides assistance to students, supervisors and staff. Assists with other Student Services functions as needed. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. -An earned AA Degree -A moderate level of analytical ability is required (example read, analyze, interpret general business information; calculate percentages, tables and apply basic mathematics; ability to interpret instructions) -A moderate level of interpersonal skills is needed in communicating with students, scheduling appointments and greeting visitors. Refers students to additional resources as needed. -Possess a working knowledge of college software to produce correspondence, enter data for reports, and maintain documents and databases.
Assistant Men's Basketball Coach Columbus Campus
Knowledge of NJCAA guidelines and policies
- Requires a valid drivers license and excellent driving skills
- Experience in a position that requires coaching high school, AAU or intercollegiate athletics required.
- Associates Degree, required Responsibilities will include but not be limited to, assisting in the following areas: Film, recruiting, scouting, practice planning, game planning, travel arrangements, transportation, gear/equipment, academic oversight, and all other duties assigned by the head coach
