* Nurse Aide/Medication Aide
Nurse Aide/Medication Aide Trainer must have a current LPN or RN license in the State of Nebraska and experience in long-term care preferred. Three years relevant experience required. Will work days, evenings and occasional weekend hours and assist program director. Must have effective communication and computer skills and willing to work with students. Through prior work experience, education or combination of both, must have knowledge and ability to teach and demonstrate skills needed to become a licensed CNA. All instruction is completed in compliance with NE Department of Health and Human Services Program Certification requirements.
Nurse Assisting and Medication Aide Trainer utilize appropriate lesson plans to provide effective teaching strategies in the classroom. Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning. Demonstrates a strong understanding of the skills needed to train students seeking to become Nurse Aides (CNA), to include past employment, but not limited to nurse aide, supervision of nurses, home care, education, other long-term care settings. Applicants must hold a current LPN or RN license and have supervisory experience in long-term care facilities or related healthcare field. Seeking applicants to teach Nurse Aide (CNA) courses in Kearney, NE and surrounding area. Will teach 76-hour Nursing Assisting and Medication Aide courses. Must be flexible with work schedule to include working days and evening hours.
* Advanced Manufacturing Plastics Trainer / Coordinator
Requires an Associate degree in Advanced Manufacturing /Machine Tool or Plastic Technology and 3 to 5 years of related work experience. Certification and other industry related credentials in plastic injection molding is recommended but not required. Substantial interpersonal skills to build relationships with business and industry partners and students, and to negotiate with industrial customers and equipment vendors to obtain training contracts and equipment. Requires a comprehensive understanding of building and maintaining molding equipment and procedures involved in coordinating, facilitating and delivering training programs for manufacturing facilities.
The Advanced Manufacturing Plastics Trainer/Coordinator Position will develop, coordinate and conduct training programs for employees and students interested in working in Advanced Manufacturing/Plastic technology industries. Training content may include Scientific Molding, Precision Measurement, Manual Machine, CNC, Lathes and Mill training programs. Responsibilities include researching, implementing and marketing the training programs. Ability to investigate and review existing course work relating to Injection Molding, Scientific Molding, and Advanced Manufacturing. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Experience developing and/or delivering training programs would be beneficial, but not necessary. Individual should have strong computer skills both with hardware and software along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be detail-oriented and willing to travel. CCC will provide instructional training.

* Custodian (Part-Time)
Columbus Campus
Closing Date: September 10
This position requires 6 months of experience and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Part time custodian. Will work evenings and some weekends. 15 to 22 hours per week. Additional hours available some weeks. Schedule is flexible. Ability to read and follow instructions to mix chemicals. Knowledge of general cleaning methods and custodial equipment operation helpful. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
General duties: Cleaning facilities to include vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, cleaning windows, sanitizing restrooms, collecting trash, cleaning after games and events.
* Director of Small Business Institute (Part-Time)
Closing Date: September 9
Experience in management practice and techniques, high level of analytical skills necessary to interpret grant guidelines or government regulations; coach entrepreneurs through personnel and startup issues, write reports and correspondence; present information to individuals, groups and the general public; develop budgets and control expenditures within budget guidelines. Master's degree preferred, two years relevant work experience, substantial interpersonal skills required for coaching entrepreneurs, program management and outreach.
Plans, directs, evaluates and markets operations to promote small business and entrepreneurial development through the campus Entrepreneurship Center and in the community. Serves as a representative of CCC regarding entrepreneurship and small business development. Mentors small business owners and entrepreneurs, evaluates and assists with business plan development and advises on financing for small businesses. Manages the Small Business Incubator on campus, and assists in developing, planning and instructing workshops for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures.
