Central Park Management is a small locally owned property management company that specializes in Association Management, Long-Term Rentals, Commercial Leasing and Self-Storage. We are seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to join our team. Our team is experienced in management and we have a growth plan that focuses on relationships with our clients. Our goal is to surpass our client’s expectations with superior customer service.

About the job:
• Manage day-to-day operations of Associations
• Work with Homeowners, Board Members and other team members within the organization
• Oversee service contracts
• Responsible for preparing the HOA financial statements and monitoring delinquencies
• Maintain knowledge and enforce community Rules & Regulations, Design Guidelines, Covenants Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s), Board policies, etc.
• Plan and attend monthly, quarterly Board meeting and give Board guidance when appropriate
• Prepare budgets and attend annual budget/election meetings
• Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables
• Conduct property visits regularly and provide recommendations and observations to improve the property
• Ensure that all records are kept in good order

• Excellent phone and email etiquette; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate effectively
• A team player and willing to help other managers and staff members
Compensation:
Dependent on experience.
Salaried full time (40 hours per week) position.
