Are you looking for a leadership role within an amazing facilities management team?  You might be a perfect fit our position. This position will be responsible for facilities and operations of a campus that is occupied 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. While this position will primarily require work during business hours Monday to Friday, occasional events will require evening or weekend availability.

Our Ideal Candidate’s Education and Experience Include:

• 3+ years of property management or construction management experience
• A track record of successful project management
• Demonstrated record of hiring employees, meeting seven-figure budgets, and coaching for success

This Position Is Responsible For:

• Ability to proactively develop processes, schedules, and continuous improvement strategies for operation of campus facilities
• Ability to identify and implement solutions to ensure predictable expenses, personnel needs, and institutional knowledge transfer over multi-year planning horizons
• Coordinate schedules and activities of maintenance, custodial, construction, and coordinate closely with the security teams
• Develop and oversee capital project timelines and budgets
• Ability to develop and manage a scheduled maintenance program
• Understand key concepts and ability to engage with CSM staff and resolve questions that arise with external contractors in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction
