Director of ACU / ICU / Infusion

Full time, Exempt Position

Responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes safety and well-being of all patients in the assigned departments(s) on a 24-hour basis. Plans, directs, coordinates and evaluates the overall clinical nursing practice and administrative actitivies, including budgetary, material and human resource management. Participates in the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures. Maintain open communication with all staff to promote improvement in performance. This position requires a sound knowledge of nursing practice and exceptional leadership abilities.

Minimum of 3-5 years' of nursing experience, with current leadership and management experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a first-line supervisor/manager coupled with 3 years clinical nursing experience required. Current NE RN license, MSN preferred.
