•    5+ years of quality finish carpentry experience on commercial projects
•    Ability to read blueprints and execute with minimal supervision
•    Mastery of trim, doors, cabinetry, custom millwork, and final detailing
•    A sharp eye for quality, fit and finish dependability, professionalism, and a team-mindset
