Cornell Cooperative Extension of Columbia and Greene Counties.
Responsible for overseeing administrative and human resources functions. Provides high-level, confidential support to the Executive Director, Board of Directors and supervisors. Plans, manages and coordinates meetings, conferences, teleconferences. Also provides guidance and support to Association staff, volunteers, the public.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as approp. Skills in Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel. Bachelor's Degree required or Associate’s plus 2 years transferrable program/functional experience may substitute. Minimum 5 years’ experience relevant to the position. Valid NYS drivers’ license and acceptable driving record.
