Sous Chefs - Seeking all Senior Cooks with complete knowledge of kitchen equipment, read & follow recipes unsupervised, advance food preparation, & ability to use a computer.
Exhibition Cooks - Seeking all Production Cooks with ability to produce food & serve customers at an action stations or a la carte. Ability to positively engage with customers while produces quality standard guideline food using a recipe.
Production Cooks- Seeking cooks with the ability to prep and cook foods during meals in a batch cooking quantities. Looking for back of the house cooks that will only interact with customers when needed.
Supervisors- Seeking applicants that can direct and coordinate operations with the supervision of a manager. Open positions in the Retail Department, Catering Department, and Residential Dining Department
