Maintenance
Mechanic Technician
$30.00/hour

QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-motivated and hard working
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Able to follow direction
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to manage confined space entry, climb ladders and lift 60 lbs. required
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures as written
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in pump repairs, laser alignment and seal replacement

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Rebuild Pumps
• P.M.'s on equipment
• Laser Alignment
• Seal replacement
• Stays informed of safety requirements
• Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Daily Rounds
- Greasing and Oiling
- Service of rolling stock
- All items serviced per service schedule
- Electrical repair
- Equipment replacement
- Light welding tig, m.g. and stick, and fabricating
- Pump repair

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Some areas have been designated areas to use hearing protection. Hard hat, safety glasses, and leather gloves are required in designated areas.
