Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining weekly payroll files.
- Management of all timecards, time entry, and timekeeping software and systems.
- Manage or assist with any 3rd party implementations.
- Must manage current payroll information by updating and organizing payroll information.
- Set-up new employee information and accounts.
- Manage the payroll team; supervise and assign tasks to assistants.
- Responsible for filing of all legal requirements for taxes, audits, and other reporting required during quarterly reports and tax season.
- Keep detailed records for taxes and audits.
- Working knowledge of Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC).
- Set up all new employee accounts and update employee information.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of related experience required.
- Experience with variable compensation processes including commission compensation, weekly and bi-weekly, hourly, and contingent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior management experience.
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Paycom a plus.
