Software Development Supervisor

Nebraska Furniture Mart, Inc., seeks Software Development Supervisors at its Omaha, NE location to lead planning, scheduling & implementing projects and work flow management of software development teams, analyze requirements and develop program and system specs. Req's Bachelor's or foreign equiv in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field + 6 yrs exp in IT. Req'd exp must include: 3 yrs exp in software development including full SDLC; 3 yrs exp in Project Management including serving as leader for complex projects; 3 yrs exp in Agile Frameworks; 2 yrs exp in Agile tools including Jira; 2 yrs exp managing/mentoring developers & development staff; developing project plans; preparing presentations for leadership teams; Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project. Exp may have been concurrent. Available for on-call support 24/7 as needed. Background chk. Multiple Positions. May work from home in IA KS MO NE or TX. $148,200 minimum.
