Chief Facilities Manager

Oversee engineering, maintenance, and upkeep of all Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission facilities and grounds

Reporting directly to the Building Commission Administrator, supervises four direct reports to maintain the Civic Center/Hall of Justice Complex/Juvenile Justice Center and grounds in an orderly, attractive, and safe condition. Insure maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, oversee (and prepare specifications for) awarding contract work, budget preparation and monitoring, and other duties as assigned, including assuming duties and responsibilities of the Administrator in the absence of that person.
