Page County Communications is accepting applications for a 911 Telecommunicator for County Emergency Communication Center in Clarinda, Iowa.
Starting wage is $17.00 with a .50 raise after the employee attains the Certification.
Education:

Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for answering 911 calls and dispatching Law Enforcement, Fire and Emergency Medical Services; also answering non-emergency calls for County and City Law Enforcement, Fire and EMS; Operate and handle radio traffic; and enter and update information into the CAD and Teletype systems. Must be able to multi-task and meet all training and certification requirements of the State of Iowa.
