QUALITY ASSURANCE/SOFTWARE TEST MANAGER

Responsibilities: 

ProAg Bankware Technologies' Quality Assurance/Software Test Manager will drive adoption of test automation across application portfolios to improve time to market and enhance test coverage and provide technical and process guidance to other QA staff, as well as promote wider adoption of testing processes and tools across various projects to bring consistency and repeatability among various vendors executing projects.  Duties include:

  • Applying practical test automation experience and scripting best practices;
  • Collaborating with leaders of other technology or business functions and platforms including architecture, strategy, operations and vendor partners to understand and deliver QA capabilities;
  • Owning direct accountability for QA solution development that meets scope, quality and timing of projects;
  • Providing technical and thought leadership for enhancing existing test automation framework and promoting shift-left testing with the help of automation; and
  • Building out testing scenarios for all new features and functions.

This position supervises Test Leads and Test Engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (foreign equivalent accepted) and 3 years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or testing or a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (foreign equivalent accepted) and 5 years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or testing.
  • Required experience must include: 2 years of experience directly managing performance and load testing resources; 1 year of experience in managing QA teams encompassing multiple technology platforms and applications; and 1 year of experience directly managing test automation teams.
  • Required experience must also include experience in: mobile testing and mobile test automation frameworks; Selenium; Cloud-based QA tools; AWS; and C#.
  • NOTE: All positions may be subject to background check and/or pre-employment drug testing.

Salary:  Pay rate starts at $168,792.00 per year. 

Location of Employment: Location:  10415 J Street, Suite 100, Omaha, NE  68127.  NOTE:  ProAg Bankware Technologies’ Quality Assurance/Software Test Manager may work remotely from home from any location in the US.
