About Quinsigamond Community College:

Quinsigamond Community College (QCC), the largest community college in Central Massachusetts serving over 13,000 students in degree and certificate programs, adult education and workforce development. Job Description:


General Statement

Instructors will teach course(s) within a specific discipline to a diverse student population at our Downtown Worcester campus nursing simulation/skills labs and clinical sites in our service area. Responsibilities will include instructional preparation, assessment of student performance and assistance to students.


Requirements:


Minimum Qualifications

Hold a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License in good standing, Possess a Master's Degree in Nursing. Possess a minimum of two years of medical-surgical OR medical-surgical/skilled/long term care nursing experience OR its equivalent within the last five years with demonstrated clinical competence in the area of clinical instruction and evidence of maintenance of expertise appropriate to the teaching responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing preferred, Teaching/training experience. Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity in the curriculum as appropriate.

Starting rate for clinical and/or lab instruction is $60.67 per hour. Positions are MCCC Unit eligible positions. All applicants for these positions must apply online for consideration.
