Substitute Manager-Milt's Mini Storage

We are a family owned self-storage facility seeking a part-time substitute manager. If you are good at working independently, possess strong computer skills, have a flexible schedule and looking to supplement your income, this is the job for you!

Hours will vary depending on Manager's schedule; hours are sporadic. This is an "On Call" position.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and have the ability to learn computer and gate software
• Must be proficient with a printer, scanner, and phone
• Maintain accurate records for each customer including lease and all correspondence
• Collection Skills
• Some physical labor may be required depending on the duration of substitution
• All candidates are subject to a background check and drug testing
