Director of Innovation and Planning
The Rhode Island Community Food Bank is hiring a Director of Innovation and Planning to lead the development of new, innovative programs and to be responsible for the planning and oversight of temporary and short-term programs such as emergency response activity. The Director will also work with our member agency program to build program capacity and leadership and resource development. This position works with members of the operations and program teams at the Food Bank, to build and improve programs and operating processes. Qualified candidates must have strong project management and leadership skills, be able to work with diverse populations and teams and be able to focus on the details and logistics of projects and programs. A bachelor’s degree and extremely strong communication, customer service and computer skills are required.
