Vice President for Instruction
This position provides the overall leadership for educational programs, faculty and staff, and instructional policies and procedures working in partnership with Campus Directors, Deans, and Associate Deans. Will plan, coordinate and evaluate major functions of the College's instructional division including, but not limited to, calendar development, academic master planning, annual planning and budgeting, accreditation compliance, curriculum development, academic master planning, annual planning and budgeting, accreditation compliance, curriculum development, assessment of student learning and program review.
The VPI reports to the College President and serves as a key member of the Administrative Team. Embrace varying perspectives and delegate effectively to maximize leadership opportunities. Employ an acti9ve coaching approach to leadership that focuses on learning and personal growth opportunitie3s.
The VPI will be an integral part of a movement to modernize and transform three campuses and six learning centers in a 15 - county service area. Be fully capable of challenging assertions in a positive and transparent fashion.
