Office Manager/Bookkeeper
St. Johns County VCB has an immediate opening for a full-time, energetic service and detailed oriented. Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their team. Two year minimum experience with all Microsoft products and QuickBooks required.
Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities: Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL coding. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial reports. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements. Run month-end and year-end close process. Office Manager duties as necessary.
Skills: Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Quickbooks experience- 2 years. Experience with creating financial statements. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
