Marketing and Recruitment Director
The St. Pius X / St. Leo school community is currently accepting applications for the role of the Marketing and Recruitment Director. The role of the Marketing and Recruitment Director is to create/update marketing materials for the school, collaborate with other development team members on events and marketing, recruit students, and assist the school families through the enrollment management funnel.
Primary responsibilities include:
-Advertise the school via social media and direct mail.
-Provide school information to our parishes, current SPSL families, and neighborhood daycare centers.
-Respond to and track all enrollment inquiries.
-Schedule and give school tours to prospective families.
-Coordinate Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Roundup.
-Help with student/family retention with the Parent Ambassador Program.
-Maintain school website, Facebook, and Instagram.
-Assisting with grant writing and/or preparation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The position requires proficiency in the school's constituent relationship management software (Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud Enrollment Management), Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.),
WordPress, Microsoft Office products, Google Apps, etc. The position also requires strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
Experience in marketing or fundraising with a bachelor's degree is required with a Master's degree preferred. Experience with marketing and recruitment in an educational setting is preferred but also not required.
