Location: In-office (Monday & Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Professional with a strong background in the beauty industry. This individual will play a key role in supporting operations, maintaining professional interactions, and contributing to marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Administrative & Organizational Duties
○ Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and track expenses.
○ Prepare meeting agendas and presentations using Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
○ Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive documents and company matters.
○ Manage inventory and online sales through Shopify
○ Assist with departmental tasks such as ordering in-house product supplies.
○ Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
● Communication & Customer Service
○ Answer phones professionally and schedule appointments using the booking system.
○ Interact professionally with employees, management, and clients to foster teamwork.
○ Act as an assistant to directors, including running errands, shopping, and decorating for company events.
○ Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
● Marketing & Social Media Management
○ Collaborate on marketing ideas with other directors.
○ Create presentations using Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite
○ Develop and manage social media, advertising, and promotional content.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
● Familiarity with the beauty industry is highly preferred.
● Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite)
● Graphic design skills preferred.
● Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
● Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
● Excellent computer proficiency on both Mac and Windows platforms.
● Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively.
● Exceptional professionalism and collaboration skills.
● Proactive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
● Fashionable and polished appearance aligned with industry standards.
