Job Description:
Growing third-party incentive and meeting agency is seeking to expand our onsite staff teams with professional experienced trip / travel directors and travel staff.
These roles are responsible for providing exceptional on-site support and assistance during large-scale events. These roles involve helping to manage various aspects of the event, including overseeing session rooms, attendee flow, gifting experiences, activations, and coordinating with hotel/venue staff, vendors, and reporting to the Onsite Staff Lead.
Dates and Needs:
We are a third-party agency with a variety of needs throughout the year.

Most urgently, our client's growth has necessitated bringing more attendees to their incentive trip and this growing programmatic need has opened up additional availability for incentive trip staff April 30 - May 6 (potentially as much as Apri 28 - May 7 for very senior team members) in the Caribbean for staff with active passports. (We may also have a home-based position for administrative support from afar during the event including checking flights, etc.)

We have additional openings for a citywide convention with dates of June 8 - 13 in California.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary by event and need, but here are a few things you may work on while at an event in line with traditional event support staff and trip/travel director roles, including:

Transportation and travel arrangements

Luggage and bell staff management

Hospitality desk and registration

Mobile App, event technology, and attendee communications/slack

Attendee flow and directional

VIP support/liaison

Venue liaison and room set-up

Branding and signage installation

Special events
-
Decor installation

Entertainment facilitation

Function or session management

Food and beverage management
-
Gifting experiences and room drops

Activations support

Excursions and Activities (spa, golf, offsite activities, etc)

Qualifications and Requirements:

Prior experience as an event industry travel / trip director or travel staff.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
