Responsibilities Include:
- Building relationships with Missouri football prospects and their families, including building trust and fostering personal relationships.
- Working understanding of our primary recruiting board by position.
- Assisting with the creation of a spring master recruiting playbook.
- Collecting information and intel relating to prospect targets on our recruiting board.
- Daily and weekly phone call lists for continual relationship and connection of prospects, family members and influencers.
- Assisting with on-campus recruiting as needed with Director of On-Campus Recruiting.
- Use connections to bring potential prospects to the table for evaluation and fit, including knowing the prospect's background when bringing to the table.
- Hosting responsibilities for official and unofficial visits as needed.
- Managing weekly prospect notes and keep coaching staff updated on prospect information.
- Evaluation of prospect film as assigned by Director of Player Personnel.
- Providing support to the Director of Scouting/Pro Liaison for execution of Prospect Camps and NFL Pro Day.
- Providing programming and event execution support for Director of Player and Alumni Relations as needed.
- Providing programming and event execution support for Director of Player Development and Career Planning.
Salary is commensurate with education and experience
Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a NCAA Division I football program.
