The University of Nebraska at Omaha is seeking a Biomechanics Researcher to synchronize, test, maintain, program, and modify Biomechanics equipment including hardware and software diagnosis in Matlab and Visual 3D to modify and fit assistive devices including ankle and foot orthosis. Organize research participants and schedule laboratory data collections, assure proper research procedures are performed accurately and consistently.
Minimum qualifications: Requires Master of Science in engineering (or related) or foreign equivalent. Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in biomechanics clinical research laboratory settings. Must have knowledge to collect kinematic and kinetic data from patients with peripheral artery disease and Parkinson's disease.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm. Office is located at 6001 Dodge Street, Omaha NE, 68182
