This position deals primarily with processing requests for UNO transcripts and providing oversight and maintenance on the 3rd party transcript system. The ability to learn and apply FERPA regulations is essential. This position will also process UNO Change of Campus applications, apostilles for transcripts and diplomas, and will complete international mailings for transcripts and diplomas. Assisting with office coverage is mandatory.
Receiving and distributing Registrar Office incoming mail, processing money deposits for the office. Coordination of removing student files based on the NU Board of Regents student records retention policy. Scanning and indexing permanent records. Assistance with projects such as subpoenas, reporting, and special requests. Assist the graduation processors with degree audit imaging into our document imaging system, as needed. Backup for personal information changes.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Salary Information: $16.59/hour
Required Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Customer service experience.
