The State Director-NE SBDC oversees all aspects of the Nebraska Small Business Development Center (NE SBDC) program and Network across the state of Nebraska. The State Director ensures compliance with all U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Small Business Development Centers (OSBDC), and the Association of Small Business Development Centers (ASBDC) federal laws, regulations, Terms and Conditions, other program requirements, accreditation, and audit standards. The State Director provides continuous process improvement to the statewide network for NE SBDC center directors and consultants. The State Director is responsible for providing primary direction, guidance, and leadership in programs related to the NE SBDC.
Work Schedule: 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday
Salary Information: $85,000 - $90,000 / year

Required Education Master's in Business Administration or a Master's degree in a related field.
-Prior 3-5 years of small business consulting
-Must have, or attain, the Economic Development Financial Professional (EDFP) certification.
