Perform tasks in compensation. Responsibilities will include classifying positions, providing competitive salary ranges for positions, and guiding unit leaders through the process of establishing and/or updating positions in a wide range from single positions, to the development of career ladders, to unit reorganization. Supports employment functions by assisting with the posting of vacant positions, advising managers on hiring rates, and assisting with search-related questions. Flexible/remote work environment possible.
