Organize formal and informal training programs, documentation, and support material for front line custodial workers, supervisors, and managers. Work closely with the Senior Operations Managers and Custodial Director in determining training guidelines and quality standards for the department. Serves as a leader and role model in support of UNL Custodial continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing improvement in all areas of services. Work with custodial staff and management to ensure quality work and services are provided to campus in the form of technical training, safety compliance, leadership, and communication. Organize formal and informal training programs, documentation, and support materials. Work a variety of shifts and in all weather conditions.
