Violence Against Women Grant Project Director Coordinate the work of the “Reduce Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking on Campus Grant Program.” The Director will work closely with Student Affairs and Academic Affairs, and the Coordinated Community Response team (CCR) to provide training for faculty and staff, plan violence prevention programs for students, and foster partnerships with law enforcement and service providers. The Project Director will also work with student educators and staff to assist with the planning, implementation, and assessment of gender-based violence prevention programs. Graphic Designer Designs and produces printed and online brochures, magazines, publications, advertisements and other informational and marketing material for offices, departments and schools at Wayne State College and the Wayne State Foundation. Conceptualizes design layout of finished art and text for reproduction and coordinates print timeline and final production of finished product with print vendors. IT Analyst Analyze and document reporting and analytics requirements. Create data mining and analytics architectures. Develop data management procedures. Train stakeholders on how to effectively access and use reports and analytics tools. Create informative visualizations that intuitively display large amounts of multidimensional data and/or complex relationships. Assistant Director-Budget & Grants Oversees the budget and financial components of grant operations by working independently with limited supervision. Assists the Budget Director with the College’s complex budget functions. Develops reports, analyzes data, ensures compliance, provides training and guidance, formulates process improvements, and implements procedures. Project Coordinator (Records & Registration) Performs a variety of professional and administrative duties in support of the day to day operations of a function, program, and/or department this is not a secretarial position. Resolves problems that have a significant impact on the overall goals of the department. Works with technology related teams across campus to advance technology. Collaborates with the Registrar on developing automated processes for registration, records, graduation, etc. IT Specialist The IT Specialist-Admissions supports systems and processes for the office of admissions. As a member of the Admissions team, the IT Specialist will be the subject matter expert (SME) for the campus scholarship management platform and provide analysis of scholarship data trends. Additionally, coordinate awarding, re-awarding, reporting and communication processes between Admissions, Financial Aid, the WSC Foundation and Academic Schools.
